Outdoor Samoa takes the stress out of organising your accommodation in Samoa. Our selection consists of unique and serene accommodation locations in Samoa.
From traditional fales, to beach resorts, there is something to suit everyone’s preferences and brings you close to the Samoan culture and way of life. Please note that the standard and superior accommodation levels in Samoa differ to that in New Zealand or Australia.
All rooms are based on a twin/double share price. If you are travelling solo, please ask about our single supplement prices.
Samoan Standard Accommodation is the perfect option for those looking for the authentic experience. It includes:
Beach fales: (pronounced far-lays) are a unique cultural experience to Samoa. These are situated in the local villages and consist of thatched roofs, matting or tarpaulin sides, and wooden floors.
The fales are often in the most stunning settings and allow you to sit or lie on your bed, and look out across the beach to the most amazing sunsets. Breakfast and dinner are available and served in a common dining room and the bathrooms are basic shared facilities. Mattresses, pillows, mosquito nets and bed sheets are included.
Marae style experience: Traditional, shared sleeping arrangement is part of our standard accommodation experience and hosted by Ruth and Kelvin at ‘Florence’s’ on Savai’i. Ruth’s cooking is a highlight for many of our riders.
Standard hotel rooms: Basic standard amenities and furnishings with en-suited bathrooms.
A variety of hotels and resorts located on secluded white sand beaches, fringed by coconut palms and crystal clear water. Amenities include bars, restaurants and private pool facilities. These resorts often emphasise community engagement, incorporating traditional Samoan culture into their design, cuisine, and activities, allowing guests to experience the local heritage while enjoying world-class amenities.
All rooms offer quality and convenience, have an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning.
You won’t miss out on the genuine warmth of Samoan hospitality.
